JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for procurement operations and ensure the efficient process of data, vendors documentations and evaluation with end users necessary coordination to deliver & support departmental objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Procurement:
- Ensures needed data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed to direct manager, and makes recommendations for future improvements based on the data analysis.
- Support section managers in all related matters of purchasing & participate in providers searching
- , selection and evaluations when required.
- Provide phasing and scheduling of procurement tasks, projects & services.
- Assist direct managers with documentation best practices including writing/editing contracts and agreements in coordination with related departments as required.
- Prepare procurement requests for good/services that require prior funding approval.
- Ensure all related procurement requests documents & approvals are received & reviewed.
- Maintain agencies/vendors/providers database include their contacts and historical logs and kept it updated regularly.
- To obtain orders confirmations from suppliers & insure material/services are delivered on timely manners.
- Prepare/Run monthly reports with accurate system data extraction.
- Ensure official documents are received to post GR(goods receipt) in SAP system.
- To ensure payments are released for all received materials/services with creation and releasing of purchase orders in SAP system & obtain related approvals.
- Participate in the development and issuance of department procedures and policies.
- Assist in preparation of annual and other related budgets, and conduct periodic budget reviews and analyses with direct manager.
- Assist in work process plans, proposal preparation, and Agreement processing.
- Perform any other works assigned to him within the limits of his functional tasks and responsibilities.
- Accept any request from senior member (work related).

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
