JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to implement and ensure availability of necessary Business intelligence data needed for the cargo operation throughout KSA. Analyse data requirements, and making recommendations for operation, to ensure optimum serviceability. Provide and ensure detailed reporting of operational performance, and meeting the growing market demands for operational efficiency. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

(Include but not limited to)

• Follow up the development at a weekly basis for KPI’s in operation.
• Present and organise the KPI reporting at a weekly basis with the operation team.
• Discuss potential improvements and next steps with operation team.
• Set up and develop productivity gains for the operation e.g., HHT performance, LEAN KAIZEN etc.
• Create common understanding of operational KPI’ s for Operational middle management.
• Develop short- & long-term planning for manpower (Agents as well as labour’s).
• Participate in weekly operational meetings.
• Manage a reporting deck for Operation management for weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings.
• Participate in customer meetings (Airline customers).
• Ensure meetings are well monitored and detailed.
• Ensure operating conditions are well monitored & problems are identified
